What is Pamana?
Pamana comes from the Tagalog word 'mana,' symbolizing 'inheritance.' Our objective is to serve and represent plant-based Filipino food inspired by the culinary traditions passed down by our ancestors through generations, and since Filipino food has been versatile ever since and by ardently adhering to a plant-based approach, we not only honor our heritage but we are also conscious about contributing to sustainable and health-conscious culinary experience.
Our Main Dishes
Lumpia
Made with a variety of veggies such as potatoes, carrots, cabbage and tofu wrapped in rice paper pastry wrap and fried. Our vegan lumpia is savory on the inside and crispy good on the outside.
Pancit Canton
A classic Filipino-favorite. This dish is surely a crowd pleaser. It is made with wheat flour noodles, carrots, cabbage and tofu, soy sauce, and simple spices like salt and pepper. With just simple ingredients but with bursting flavors is definitely the reason why the dish is considered a classic.
